What is your return policy?
Because our items are handcrafted to order, returns are not accepted once production has started. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually handcrafted using natural stones and copper wire. No two items are exactly the same.
How long does production take?
Most jewelry pieces require approximately 5–7 days to create. Larger orgonites and pyramids may take 10–14 days.
When will I receive my order?
After production, shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
